((OOC~ Created because I wanted the other topic to begin to close.))
Avikii trotted through the tall dry grass of Canyon pack territory, he was headed for the nearby Slough Creek for a quick drink. The sagebrush and other bushes kept grabbing at his pelt whenever he had to walk through them. He could see the shimmering of water up ahead and he quickened his pace.
302 trailed behind his alpha, wishing he could be hunting.

Lightning had finished up a quick patrol around the boarders and was headed towards camp when he saw Avikii nearing him, "Hey Avikii" he barked cheerily.

Vena trailed behind Avikii, yawning a bit. She quickened her pace a bit, not wanting to get left behind.

Avikii smiled a bit, “hey Lightning! Headed down to the creek with Vena and 302, might hunt while we're down there, wanna join us?” The alpha stopped walking to wait for Lightning's reply.
302 stopped in his tracks too see Lightning conversing with Avikii, would he be joining them?

Lightning nodded, "Sure why not, I don't suppose a bit of time by the water could hurt," he shrugged. His mouth was parted and his tongue lolled out of it, the hot day bearing down on his dark brown coat. Besides he could use a drink. He shook his pelt in attempt to release a bit of the heat trapped beneath the dark strands of fur.
Arrow crept after them, her ears back and tail down in between her legs. She didn't want to be yelled at but it was hot out today, and it was only nearly sunhigh. She tried to stay as out of sight as long possible. Once she had heard that they were heading down to the oxbow, she merely only wished for a drink and maybe to cool off. However the more she thought about it she weighted her options if she would be able to hunt a bit for herself or even run away. On the other paw, she had no idea where the Bison Pack was at, and for all she knew, they were long gone and could care less of her disappearance...

Avikii nodded, "Great! It'd be nice to have a couple more wolves just in case something were to happen." He waved his tail as in signal for everyone to follow and/or stay close by as he headed towards the creek again. The alpha padded forwards, tongue lolling, hoping for at least a small breeze or anything just to cool off the day. As he arrived at the water's edge he wadded in a little ways before getting a drink.
302 picked up an unfamiliar scent, it was hard to tell what it was since there was zero wind at all, so the casanova shook the thought away and trailed after his alpha.

Lightning nodded, "Its why we travel in numbers." He commented with a bit of a smirk, following after Avikii. Reaching the creek he walked up besides Avikii and began to lap at it. His tounge scooping up water into his mouth.
Arrow followed slightly off to the side in the overgrown brush, she was careful not to make too much noise. Since 302 was towards the back, she was careful to stay just behind him but hopefully out of his sights.

Avikii nodded, “thats true.” He wadded into the cool slow moving water a little farther, the sensation of it felt wonderful on his hot black overcoat.
302 felt something was off, he swore he could feel another presence nearby but he just couldn't put a paw on it. The casanova lifted his muzzle to the sky and attempted to scent out his confusion.

Lightning nodded, taking a drink as he stood in the slight shade of the tall grasses. He closed his eyes, drinking and feeling the cool water roll down his throat and into his stomach.
Arrow took note of 302, realizing he seemed a bit suspicious, did he scent her? She didnt know but crept sideways a bit more. She decided it best to stay away from them and then proceed forth a few hundred more meters to the water's edge. She melted away into the tall grasses, staying low to the ground. Her heart drummed in her ears and she tried to creep away quickly out of fear of being caught. However her sudden little fear put carelessness on her paws, as she shuffled through the grass, the tips of the strands moved making but a sound only the closest wolves could hear. Lightning and Avikii were too far so they wouldn't know.

Kaiser pricked her eyes, hearing a slight rustle in the brush near her. She stopped, turning her head to look at it. Narrowing her eyes a bit, she sniffed the air a bit before looked at 302.

Avikii remained in the water, lapping up a bit more, he didn't realise how dehydrated he was.
302 perked his ears, he sure did smell somwthing, but scent wasn't enough to solve this mystery. He could hear the slight rustling of dry grass, whipping around, the casanova spotted movement. He snarled, assuming it was prey minus the strange scent. The shadowy male bounded forwards, leaping quite a distance for himself, and landed right beside it, I mean her? He shook himself back to reality, quickly placing a strong paw over the she wolf's neck, keeping her to the ground. “What in lupus' name are you doing here!?” He hissed into her ear.

Arrow looked at 302 in horror, shoot! She was caught, she was sooooo dead. Her eyes glossed over at the thought of more pain and taunting, her tail curled tightly against her body. "I... I just wanted to get a drink.. A-and maybe cool off." She whimpered looking at him, their faces nearly nose to nose, but she couldnt stand to look at his blazing eyes very long. "Please dont hurt me," she begged. She didn't move one bit although being pinned like she did hurt enough dispite the fact he hard hardly any pressure applied.

302 realised his grip was loosening, he didnt bother to keep too much of a grip since she seemed so frightened. Suddenly, a wave of guilt for her fell over him. It was true she was being kept in a pretty cruddy position back at camp, he couldn't remember if he hadever seen anyone bring her food or at the least a damp patch of moss. The casanova continued to eye her, his golden gaze burning into hers. He huffed, “ok, i'm going to escort you to get a drink. If Avikii asks why you're with me, keep your mouth shut and i'll do the talking.” He said in a hushed tone so only the two of them could hear. The black wolf then entirly released his grip on her, he knew she was too weak and dehydrated to run, but he still kept a close eye on her. “This way,” he mumbled and shoved her off her feet.

"Thank you uhm..." Arrow began to say not entirely knowing his name. The canyon pack had boomed and grown far quicker then the bison pack, besides the fact she didn't bother to try and learn their names before, now it was a matter of her unable to keep track. "Sir.." she finished off quietly, instead of calling him by his name. Her ears remained pinned to her head as she stood up slowly, her head low and her tail pressed up against her leg as she followed him.

302 eyed kaiser, noticing how she seemed to be keeping a lookout. “If your expecting other wolves, I'd doubt it.” He averting his gaze back to Arrow, or at least he had heard that was her name, and continued to quietly lead her through the brush. He took a little ways away from Avikii and Lightning, knowing they would be suspicious.
