The encounter(Closed)

Axolotl jumped in alarm and attacked the puma, listening to Ice. It swung it's ginormous paw it his shoulder and created a deep and long wound. He yowled in pain and bit at the puma's ear as hard as he could.

Avikii growled, jumping back in shock at the sudden sight of the cougar. So it had been a cougar, he alpha bared his teeth, fur along his back sticking up and making him seem bigger than he really was. A flash of fur out of the corner of his eye caught his attention, he turned his head to see Ice, Shade and Axolotl bound forward, throwing paws with the predator.

He flicked his ears toward Ice's words, "I can defend myself!" He barked out in irritation with the whole mishap of their patrol and the fact that Ice assumed Avikii was some holy sky-wolf that needed protected at all times. He pushed past the stunned Hediki, sprinting head on toward the cougar, who was in quite a hissing fit, its ears pinned and strong paws swinging wildly at its opponent's. Avikii felt one of it's flailing paws land a hit on hi shoulder, which was still sore if hit funny from a past attack. He let out a howl of pain as the creatures claws ripped at his fur, which left a long gash atop a wound that was already there.

The alpha stumbled back, he had forgotten how strong these cats were, but of course flung himself back into battle.

Hediki stoof stunned, he had heard of cougar's before, how vicious they could be, but had never seen one. As Avikii pushed him to the side it broke him from his blank stare, flicking his tail he was hesitant but eventually followed forward, jumping at the enemy.

Kuno jumped into the battle behind Ash, fury suddenly burning within him at the sight of his pack-mates getting hurt. He moved around the puma's flank, then jumped, biting at its side.
