A Little Drizzle (OPEN) [Finished]

Elpis felt the cold of silence draw over her. She decided to go look for where there might be something to view other than the rain. She stood and began to walk over to the nursery entrance once more, but stopped briefly.

Elpis headed out of the nursery. Rain touched her rarely as she walked, she was small enough to avoid being hit frequently. Her heart began to race a bit, but calmed down after a glance back the nursery. She was aware he was not far from others who would protect her and continued forth until she saw the camp exit. She was hesitant to go through, especially alone. Her urge to explore had ceased and she was filled with fright once more. Elpis turned round quickly and went back to the nursery in a rush.

A dark figure caught Avikii's eye, he looked past Koga and Okami and saw Elpis, who had wandered from the nursery and out into the main camp. He kept a close eye on her as she approached the entrance.

Elpis took short breaths as she got back to the nursery. Before entering, she looked back and saw Avikii watching her. For a moment she felt them lock eyes and she lowered her head, embarrassed again, as he had seen her flee back to the nursery.

He merely chuckled in amusement, it had been a while since there had been pups in the camp and Avikii enjoyed the liveliness of them. Would his pups be just as curious as the little Elpis? He hoped they would, but not too curious, if they were they would probably be getting themselves in a lot of trouble. He smiled again at his own thoughts.

Elpis broke the eye connection, turning into the nursery and returning to her place by Broken. She layed down at her side, without a reply and put her head on her paws while shutting her eyes. Slowly she drifted off to sleep, her breaths slow, and relaxed more by the seconds.

koga nodded and happily trotted back ovr to her brother, who was very protective over her.

kane perked up at the approaching wolves

Arrow pressed her head up to his neck, she didn't want to move, she didn't want to leave. It was not just because of the rain and because here she was provided warmth. She could sense his unease as he pressed closer against her. Her heart beat faster, trying to block out everything around them.

Lightning sighed and stood straight, "I don't know if you had happened to notice, but Arrow has gone missing." He said, his ears flicking towards her den, where no shivering brown bundle of fur hid. Lightning half hoped that Arrow wouldn't be punished if she was found, but if she escaped, then that would be her own fault and she would deserve it. He glanced over at the den, trying to shield his eyes of his personal feelings.
