Avikii lead the way back to the Canyon Pack den site, the little cream colored pup at his side. He glanced down at her to make sure she was doing fine, walking with a raised paw.
They arrived at the site, passing a few pack mates as he directed her towards Broken, who would be caring for her for now. "Broken!" He called out to his blind friend, hoping she had time for a new outside pup to accompany her own. "This is Lily, she approached me while I was out at the Little Butte, I don't expect you to know what to do about a sprained paw, but could you help her get the thorn out of her paw pad while I go find Koga?" He asked Broken.

302 looked up as a new scent crossed his nose, he peered forward at a new comer, a pup. He decided not to go introduce himself yet though, since it appeared she was busy with Avikii and Broken. He soon realized she was holding up one of her fore paws...

Lily followed the older wolf who she couldn't recall what his name was or if she even received it. At first she thought it would be fun, but walking into the camp, she felt a sudden wave of nervousness. She held her tail under her legs, and ears laid flat on her head. Scents overwhelmed the pup, and her mind whirled with thoughts of what might come. Would they accept her? Or drive her out as fast as she'd arrived? Following the Alpha to some wolf called Broken, she tried to hide her fear scent.

OOC: Is this before or after she had her pups?
The blind she-wolf rushed over with some sticks, leaves, and cobwebs. She dropped the medical supply at her paws, then lowered herself to the pup's size. "I think I can recall treating someone's sprained paw; I'll do my best."
The she-wolf smiled at the pup. "Could you please extend your paw and guide me to the thorn?" |

Avikii stayed silent for a moment before leaning down towards Lily as well, "she's blind, so you're really going to have to explain." He informed the pup. He lifted his head and looked at Broken again, "if you need help just ask, I'm not going anywhere. I can even go keep you're pups occupied if you really need me too, unless they're out playing with Elpis or something of the sorts. He told Broken in a warm tone, making sure she knew that she didn't have to do the work on her own while she was unable to watch her pups.

Lightning emerged from his den, having slept in a bit, considering 302 had said he would take the dawn patrol and trusted his word. The pack honestly needed more warriors. He shook his head, and then his pelt. He glanced around and saw a small crowd of wolves, he trotted over and saw Avikii and Broken huddled around a small new pup.
Arrow lay in her prisoners den, she stared out blankly at the new pup, she fidgited slightly, trying to hide her own now quite swollen stomach. She feared that for some odd reason it would give her more a value to be ransomed for against her own pack. She feared they might torture her more. Perhaps she was wrong, no wolf could be that heartless. Right? None the less, she still tried to hide her belly, but found it hard, considering how small her den already was.
Cieko whinned and yelled out for his mother, her sudden abscense worried him. Where had she gone? What was she doing? He was growing cold and he wanted to eat again. His jaws stretched wide as he let off a soft mewl from the back of his throat, but his whines were slow and short. It took a lot of energy!

Avikii perked his ears at a sudden wail, he glanced at Broken who continued to tend to Lily. "I take it that must be one of your pups then?" He angled his ears towards the noise, but kept his eyes on Broken. "Want me to go occupy him?" He asked his friend.

302 noticed Lightning pad by as well. He huffed, seeing as whatever was happening was of interest. The Casanova got up and padded towards the small crowd, following a little ways behind Lightning. He stopped a few fox-lengths away from them, peering over the heads of the other wolves. He saw a little creamy white pup.

Wait, this wolf was blind? Now that she thought about it, this wolf did seem a little odd, and yet, her and this Broken wolf looked extremely similar. Lifting her paw up for the blind wolf, she put it really close to the older wolf's nose so it'd be easy to find. Before long, more and more wolves crowded around the pup and all the eyes were to much for her. Letting out a little bark, she hunched her back and bared her teeth, not liking the number of wolves that were around. "Back off!" the small wolf snapped, not really knowing any other way to react.

?Avikii nodded toward Broken, showing her he understood. He turned and headed in the direction of Ceiko's whines. He rounded the corner towards the den where the pups stayed and poked his head inside the den. "Hey there, Ceiko!" He said in friendly tone, "Broken is helping a pup right now, she'll be back soon though. In the mean time, I'm here, would you like to do anything while she's gone?" He was now eye level with him, making so the pup felt more comfortable.

302 still remained a few paces away, to where he could see the pup but not have to get so close. He perked his ears at her small growl. He cocked his head, confused as to why, there were only three wolves by her.
He wasn't finding any interest in what was currently happening, so he padded off again to find a relaxing spot near the den site.

Ceiko watched Avikii, his eyes flickered back and forth over his dark figure. He had to squint his eyes to try and better see him. His muzzle thinned to a line, his memory lacked to remind him of who this wolf was. He frowned just slightly, watching the large wolf with a slight curiosity.

Avikii frowned slightly at the little pups wordless response, he wondered if he had even heard him. He shook that thought from his head though, at least he had stopped whining for Broken. That's when he figured that the little pup didn't even know him, he never really thought about it till now. "I'm sorry," he gave Ceiko another friendly smile. "I'm Avikii, the Canyon Pack alpha, the pack you were born into!" He said a little more cheerfully, hoping to get him out of his silent shell.

(Well all pups are born blind, so even if they do notice this early, the pup still finds his vision foggy, so they just assume hes taking longer for his eyes to adjust, change colors and so on.)
Ceiko blinked a few times more then normal, he took a glance around with a tilted head. 'Canyon Pack Alpha?' He looked back at Avikii. 'Pack?' He couldn't quite determine what this all meant. Did it just mean that this wolf was big and he was small? He wasn't sure, keeping his thoughts to himself.

Ceiko looked at his paws, his mind tilted slightly, signaling the thought ongoing in his mind. He could not exactly recall, had she? Had she told him what these things were, perhaps he was asleep, or maybe he just simply forgot. He glanced back up at the dark coated towering wolf, shaking his head back and forth side to side, quick and repeatedly.

Lily watched as Broken tended to her paw, giving a whimper. Having twisted her paw, it hurt like crazy and on top of that the thorn was still in it. She knew this wolf was blind and was trying to do her best to help her, but could she be any slower? Why have the only wolf that seemed to know how to heal be blind? she wondered to herself.

(Wow, ouch sorry storm, *pulls arrow out of back* nobody knew just because your name was in it that it meant it had to be all about you '-' it was a few posts.)
Lightning sat nearby and watched the new pup, he could only wonder what thoughts roamed through the young pups mind. He stood up briefly and shook his pelt, sitting back down again. His ears flicked and swiveled, alert at all times.

Avikii sighed, perhaps this little pup had forgotten. Not matter though, it was nothing to be ashamed of. He glanced back out of the den, at Lily and Broken, distress could be seen in the little pups eyes and he figured she would need some help. The alpha turned back to Ceiko, he was young, but Avikii guessed that he wouldn't mind meeting Lily. "Hey, you wanna meet some one? I think you two would get along perfectly." He wagged his tail slightly, careful not to hit the walls of the den.

Ceiko thought a moment, almost hesitant, but he nodded. His head bobbed up and down, slow at first but soon sped up a little, his tail sawying side to side. He watched Avikii, his head tilted, curious about who he was about to meet next.

"Great!" Avikii was relieved to see that the little guy was at least excited to meet some wolf in his own age range. "Follow me over to your mother then, she's helping them." He turned and trotted out of the den, turning around every so often to make sure Ceiko actually followed him.
He stopped beside Broken, waiting for her to finish was she was doing before introducing the two pups.

Ceiko walked slowly, he placed his paws very carefully as he made his way out of the den, bumping into Avikii as he did so. He fell over with an 'oof' his ears laid back quickly out of embarrassment.
