Avikii awoke to a cool breeze drifting it’s way into his den, he slowly opened his eyes, letting out a yawn as he did. The alpha got to his paws, squeezing his body out of the den. He glanced around the camp, taking in the amount of wolves, he smiled slightly, happy to see the pack at peace. He left those thoughts behind, for there were more important things to remember. He turned, jumping atop the den he had just emerged from, he faced his pack, lifted his head to the sky, and let out a low howl.
Today, a rather flirty pup would receive the rank of subordinate, and to be honest, he was questioning how much longer his tolerance would last. He stopped the howl, and looked down over his pack. Watching as wolves looked up and began to make their way over to the Highstone.

Khari strode over to Avikii and looked up, a daring light in her eyes. Finally, she could become a Subordinate. It wasn't much, but it'd get her out of camp, and most likely near Avikii... Khari grinned.

Avikii watched as the young she-wolf trotted up to him, quickly noticing the cocky expression on her face. He held back a sigh, and regained his alpha-like dominate posture. "Khari, please step forward." He boomed, his chest puffed out to make his appear larger.

Avikii couldn't help be feel a slight bit of appreciation towards the younger wolf, she looked up to him, isn't that what an alpha desired? He shook the thoughts, and continued to ceremony. "Today, you have reached the age of subordinate, which of course means you'll be receiving the rank." He smiled a bit, inching up from the corner of his lip, when he then offered an almost unnoticeable wink.
"From this day forward, until you gain an official rank, you will be known as a subordinate. Train well, listen to the older wolves, and you will soon find that you're gaining knowledge by the day." He dipped his head, his tail flicking as he did.

Khari nodded and dipped her head in return to the alpha. She held back a yelp of delight. She puffed out her chest and exhaled.
"Thank you," Khari smiled.

Avikii looked back up to see a very excited Khari, he smiled back at her. Now turning to look at the other gathered wolves, he provided a bark of dismissal before hopping down from the Highstone.
