She knew that tonight's ceremony would be important not only for the pup, but for her mother. While Arrow would remain as Omega, it was time for Jetta to be ranked up. The little black wolf didn't deserve to suffer for her mother's crimes. Crescent leaped onto the boulder and howled for the pack to gather.

Ryka peeked out from a den not too far, she coked her head in wonder as to what was going on.
Jetta bounded up from a corner of camp, was it finally time? The older pup couldn't take the excitement, and tried to force herself into being calm and collected.

Arrow heard the howl, she began to wonder if that perhaps meant her too. She found it rather odd that after all the time she had become used to hearing Storm's howl, that now it was the Beta's howl... Or perhaps more formally the Alpha. It seemed storm would not be returning to the pack. Her ears laid back at the thought of it.

Seeing as a sizable crowd had gathered, Crescent decided to begin, she couldn't help but notice the omega sitting among the gathered wolves too, but she let iit slide. After all, it was Arrow's daughter who was being promoted.
"Tonight, we are gathered here to promote a pup to the rank of Subordinate. Jetta, please step forward."

Arrow sat a very sizeable distance from the other wolves, just close enough to hear and to watch, but enough to be separated from the whole of the pack as it was requested of her. She was too frightened to do anything wrong that would create an extra length of time on her punishment.
Her tail wagged a bit, happy to hear her daughter was finally to become a subordinate. It made her ever so satisfied to come across this knowledge. She was being accepted, as any other wolf of the pack. Her eyes trailed to the ground, she hoped Hediki was alright. She hoped that he was being treated just the same.
She frowned for a moment at the thought, but quickly put on a smile. No, today was a happy day, her daughter was to be a Subordinate as of today.

Arrow wagged her tail, she could not be happier for her daughter. She nodded her head, watching her for a brief moment, congratulating her silently before she dragged herself back to her omega 'den'.
