Jetta stood in the bison camp, waiting for an older wolf to show up so she could get in some training. She had been a subordinate for a while now, and wondered when she would be getting her official rank, so she figured a little hunting or training wouldn't hurt to boost her chances in getting a rank.

Takoni noticed the younger she-wolf standing around, and assumed that she was simply waiting for a patrol. The pale wolf padded up to her, putting on a smile. "Hello, Jetta." He started, "looking to go hunt?" The male hadn't done much training with her before, so he figured now would be a good time.

Jetta looked up at the older wolf as he got closer. "Yes!" She said excitedly, but quickly soothed herself and spoke again. "I mean, I'd love to." She said in a more mature tone.

Takoni smiled, holding back a small chuckle. "Alright, let's go, I'll take you to western side of the territory, there's got to be something out there." And with that the male turned and lead Jetta out of the camp.

Takoni looked back at Dawn, the wolf he had just hunted with recently. "Oh, sure." He barked over to her, but then turned and continued into the territory.
The pale wolf stopped once in a sizable clearing, a nice open area where prey might be roaming.

Takoni paused, a scent of prey hitting his nose. He stayed silent and moved forward more carefully. The scent wasn't too strong, but nonetheless it was prey. He followed the scent trail to the edge of the clearing, once he was there, the dark muzzled male caught sight of a fox. Fox wasn't something they preyed on often, but this time of year they were desperate.
He signaled to the others to be quite.

Dawn could scent the fox herself and followed Takoni to the edge of the clearing. Seeing his signal she kept her mouth shut and made her way opposite to the side Takoni was going getting ready to attack whenever the fox showed itself.

Takoni glanced back at the two subordinates, seeing that they had spotted the fox as well. This kind of prey would be tricky, they would most likley have to chase it down. "Jetta," he hissed, "go around on it's other side and scare it towards me and Dawn." He instructed quietly.
