OPEN TO: The first two/three wolves to join Arrow. Preferably a wolves her age, Jetta is the only exception. These must be wolves who want to help her train to get stronger.
Arrow finished up a hare. She was glad to finally be a part of the pack again, even if it were not the same pack she had left it. Her heart ached for the old times, knowing that they would never return.
She laid her ears back at the thought, and let out a soft sigh. It had been but a few days, but ever since her ceremony, Arrow had quickly begin to look stronger. Considering she had almost nothing and then finally got something, showed in her body. Finally, she was able to have enough strength to venture past the camp walls. She wanted to get stronger again, and the only way to do that would be to train. She had asked a few wolves to join her, she just hoped they would show up.
They would first take a patrol along one border and then take a small sprint to a clearing not far from it. There, she could practice using more of her muscles and regaining strength.

Takoni padded quietly up to the newly named subordinate. Arrow was certainly much too old to be a subordinate, but the rules were rules. He came to a halt alongside her flank, nodding in greeting. "How many more we waiting for?" He questioned, hoping to start up light conversation to pass the time.

( Dawn, Does dawn have a rank? The official ranked wolves are more her age. Arrow is roughly 3-4, just past full grown adult, give or take a year or so. Note: Once this part is sorted out, I'll be deleting this ooc from my post, and any posts prior to/ following as necessary.) Arrow took a glance around, "Just a few.." She mumbled softly to Takoni, glancing around. Her gut twisted and turned as she worried that no other would want to join her. Her tail swayed back and forth as she tried to hide her unease. |

Crescent flicked an ear over in the group's direction. Now? She'd almost forgotten, making preparations for a myriad of things, but she'd promised Arrow she'd help her train. Though she'd never admit it to anyone but her, Crescent did feel guilty, deep down, for all that she'd been through. But rules were rules, and she had to stick to them. This seemed like the least she could do.
"I'm here," the alpha announced, giving both Arrow and Takoni a curt nod in greeting. "Should we head off now?"

Arrow gave the young wolf, whom she had come to find was named 'Dawn, a curt nod 'yes' in response.
She glanced over at Crescent, as much as she felt the need to despise the new alpha. Considering she somehow made it to be Storm's second in command, envious of such a title, and additionally went along with Storms own decision to keep her as an Omega made it worse. However she knew seeing Arrow out and about would definitly help to prove her loyalty and strength above all.

Takoni eyed Arrow, noticing the negative glint to them as their alpha arrived. He glanced at Crescent, and gave the higher ranked wolf a polite nod before looking at Arrow again. The newly named subordinate had a right to dislike the alpha, but she couldn't forever...

Arrow let out a sight, "Alright then, shall we?" She huffed, dipping her head to the gathered wolves and then started out on her way. She didn't even wait for an answer. She pushed her way past the invisible den site boundaries and out into the forest.
Everything felt so odd, smelt so different, looked so new. Then again, most of that could be true considering the last time she had seen the territory, it stunk of ash and smoke, and the land was scarred with the scorching touch of the wild fire that chased her from her home in the first place.
Arrow slowly picked up the pace from an even trot into more of a gallop. Her eyes were narrowed with a determination to keep going, but they were hardly less then a quarter of the way to the boarder and her sides were heaving with the great exhaustion that quickly swept over her. She grit her teeth with the determination to push herself, or she would never get anywhere.

(Sorry Dawn, however this is my plot, and on the first post Arrow had her whole thing planned out. This plot is for her to regain what she lost and she is not ready for an elk hunt. Please do not alter MY plots. Thank you.)
Arrow paused and turned back to go take a sniff. "The prints, they are fresh," she admitted, with a tone that gave a bit of praise to the younger wolf, "However they are old enough the elk could be quite far now."
She shook out her pelt, her stomach turning with the thought of trying to confront an elk in her state, especially if it happened to be a buck. She took a glance around, "Anyway, we are mostly out here for the patrol, we can tell the hunters our finds when we return." She scented the air, there wasn't a trace of elk anywhere now, and with that she set back out with a more steady pace.
She wanted to push herself as much as she could, that was the only way she would get better.

Crescent followed along with a nod. It felt odd to be following rather than leading, but it was nice to change it up a little. She knew how much Arrow would despise her now, and this was the least she could do to try and make it up to her. She still believed her punishment had been right, however, and there was little that was going to change that.
She stopped at the sight of the elk tracks and sniffed the ground. "Arrow is right, they'll be far away by now. No use hunting them down," she echoed. There wasn't much to say here, and as far as she was concerned, it was just wasting time to just be standing around here doing nothing. "Alright then, no use staring at it, hurry along. Where to next?"

Arrow glanced over at Crescent, then back forth as her mouth straightened into a restrained bitter glare. "We are going to go patrol along the boarder by neutral territory and then sprint to a clearing not far from it inside the territory. I suppose you know the clearing that I'm speaking of. At least, I would like to assume the Alpha could walk this territory even if they went blind." Arrow said, flicking her ear.
Even if new growth started in the clearing after the fire, it was so large it couldn't have grown to be covered with undergrowth even after all this time. So she assumed it was more or less likely still there. She took a deep breath, and bit back any more smart remarks over her petty sour behavior and started out again with a trot, hoping to meet the boarder soon.

Takoni followed after the three females quietly, not saying anything about Dawn's find, not even stopping to scent it. The alpha confirmed Arrow's point toward the fact that the elk itself would be long gone, so there was no reason to stop and stare.
He picked up the pace a little bit, pushing himself up toward the she-wolf leading the patrol. "So, where you are planning on going?" He questioned Arrow, being one to like knowing the plans.

She took a glance over at Takoni with a gaping mouth, just partially parted. She recognized him as one of the few that had stood up for her, and that's all he really was, hence why she had asked him to join her.
"Off to patrol the boarder along neutral then take a short sprint back into the territory to reach a clearing nearby of there where we... or i can train." She told him, her eyes on the trail and forest around them, instead of on him.
