Avikii awoke to a few snow flakes drifting their way into his den, he slowly opened his eyes, letting out a yawn as he did. Then, the alpha got to his paws, and squeezed his lean body out of the den. Once outside, he glanced around the camp, taking in the amount of wolves, he smiled slightly, happy to see the pack at peace. He left those thoughts behind, for there were more important things to remember. He turned, jumping atop the den he had just emerged from, and faced his pack, lifted his head to the sky, and let out a low howl.
He stopped the howl, and looked down over his pack. Watching as wolves looked up and began to make their way over to the highstone.

Swift, happened to be one of the wolves that made her way over. She took notice to the crowd, most of the subordinates tended to sit in the same cluster, and made her way over among them, sitting between them and some of the older and official ranked wolves. She glanced over at Ceiko who had made his way over to sit besides her and grinned.

Seeing that Swift has approached, Avikii continued. "We have gathered here today to give a subordinate her official rank, Swift, please step forward." Pride boomed within the alpha, it was a shame her two siblings couldn't be joining them today.

Swift's eyes were wide with excitement, "I'm finally going to get my official rank." She murmured excitedly to herself under her breath. She quickly stood up and headed up towards her father to receive the new rank that awaited her.

Avikii began to speak again. "Swift, my daughter, you have reached the age of an officially ranked wolf. I have put a lot of thought into your new rank." He paused, "I have decided on warrior. Continue to work hard and pass your newly gained knowledge onto those younger." He dipped his head toward the younger she-wolf.

Swift dipped her head to her father, "I will," she responded ceremoniously. The small she wolf seemed all too small to even be anywhere of age for an official rank, yet deep in her eyes, experience of the countless hours she had spent on training showed. She would do her best to make her father proud. She watched him, and offered a smile, tilting her head just slightly, her mouth parted in a pant out of pure excitement.
