ABOUT REACT:
Purpose:
So I decided, since this website is getting kind of dull and inactive, I would bring up a new game type thing. I want this RP/ game to be fun. Please stay away from topics like religion and politics. I want this to be something where we can all have fun and make new friends in the process. Not only this, but to help provide the staff with new ideas or the inspiration for new ideas. It will help us determine what plots you guys enjoy as well as what you dislike.

About:
The game is called "React"
You can either use any of your characters or even discuss as yourself (just make sure its clear who is speaking).
This game is basically a non-cannon* RP based on the discussion of current events. Each react I post, (or Avikii or Storm if I request so) will have a poll for the next react topic.
Anyone can react, no matter if the topic has to do with Canyon or Bison or Ruju or two of the following or all of the above.
Each React will be counted by Episodes and Seasons*.

Setting:
Here is the general setting. A meeting-like place. I would imagine a business office because it does include us if we choose to be in it, and the wolves can talk to us because its non-cannon. You can eat whatever your heart desires, just imagine it and its yours (just don't fill the whole room with cookies or any food or liquid please). You don't have to say if you are wearing clothes or not, just try to keep the expression of nudity to a very small minimum, nobody needs that image (directed for humans).
Rules:
You can basically do whatever in this setting except for have any recent injuries that could lead to grave sickness or death in this RP. I don't want anyone saying they are dying, or going on a killing spree.
Anything that I feel is unnecessary will be warned, once per member with the post deleted and the rules will be posted here. If I edit the rules at any time, I will post an OOC during a react and a reminder on the next react. After that, it is just up to you to either keep up or check up. All rules already previously listed as a part of normal RP rules still count.
I will not abuse this rule in any way shape or form, I will be understanding to the best of my ability and keep out any bias as necessary (as the general job of Mod requires anyway). The rules are simple enough, please just stick to them and we will have no problems at all. Punishments* will be enforced as necessary.
*Anything in the FAQ with the question in this color, does mean that it is a rule in some way shape or form.

What does Non-Cannon mean?
Non-cannon means not cannon, or in other words, whatever happens in this RP is merely a spoof. It can be random, funny, anything. Its merely to discuss the RP, make friends, and have a bit of fun in the down time which the Admins and Mods of this website are trying to determine what the next big plots will be.
How many characters can I use at once?
All of them! You can describe how one character from Bison reacts to a silly comment someone from Canyon says, just be sure to stay in character to keep the fun. Any hostility among them must be controlled, but whats the fun in watching them React if there wasnt! You can even bring yourself into the conversation and discuss things with your own wolf such as explaining to them how ugly they are and thats why they dont have a mate.
What if I do something that goes against the rules but I didn't mean to? (Punishments, and Rule breaking)
Don't worry about it. I'll warn you once and that way the general people can see what not to do, but I won't point you out like, "Don't do what Swift did because that's wrong, and because this this and this" and put you down for it (I used my own name purely for example as if I were not Swift and talking to Swift because they did something wrong, I didn't want to make a random user up in case by chance someone does make a user like that someday). If I see it again, Ill warn you by PM and try to explain other ways around the problem. However, you only get 3 warnings total.
1st warning - On the form, everyone recognizes what not to do, and a general rule will be posted but not directed at you because anyone could have easily done the same thing.
2nd warning - Via PM, your post will be deleted and I will try to explain other ways not to do that again
3rd warning - Via PM, your final warning.
After 3 warnings, you will be put on a suspension list, whether or not I decide to keep it private or not will depend on my mood. It could go on my desktop post its app, or it could go in the comments of this thread or it could be at the bottom of the next react. Don't push your luck. Especially no tolerance will be given towards anyone who breaks the slough creek main rules.
1st suspension - Miss the next react, any posts you make will be deleted.
2nd suspension - Your warnings do not get a restart, you should very well know your mistake by now. You miss the next three reacts, any posts you make will be deleted.
3rd suspension - Your warnings have no restart, you will not only be suspended from the next five reacts, but your behavior will be discussed by the other Admins/ Mods because you have had several chances to avoid this. Any punishment will go by Storm and you will be notified by Myself, Storm, or Avikii about our decision. We cannot leave you unpunished because that's simply unfair if we act so biased.
If you don't normally get in trouble, then don't worry about it. If you mess up and get warning 1 for new rule 1 then mess up again and a new rule 2 is added, then you will not be in trouble and merely get a new warning. Warnings count per rule, however if you purposely look to create trouble then your warning count will go up until suspension.If any rule is edited at any time to be made more clear, it does not count as an additional warning.
Can my wolf wear clothes?
Sure, if you want to. For all I care they can walk on two legs, juggle, and ride a motorcycle while doing a wheelie and balancing plates on their head. Its a spoof rp, have fun with it!
How do Episodes and Seasons work?
Each Episode is a new React, similarly to how Episodes per Season on TV work.
A season does not have an Episode limit, for example Season 1 could have 43 Episodes but in Season 2 there could be 67 Episodes. A season only has so many episodes depending on how many large plots occur. A new season starts each year. Season 1 will be the launch of React in January 2017 (Obviously).
If all goes well, and this becomes a good, fun and interactive way for the members of this form to react to the RP and host ideas for future plots while making friends, then this will continue and fill up most of the discussion folder. To clean it out, if the time comes, I will propose my idea now... That React will have its own folder in the Random things pocket. There you can find each folder per season and a whole library of reacts per season. It would be a great archive of memories and emotions that we can look back on and cringe, laugh or cry.
Can I go to Episode 1 and react if Episode 2 is out?
No, once the next Episode is released, the previous Episode is closed. I will do my best to keep up with it and mark the topic "CLOSED" and Lock the thread.
How often will new Episodes be released?
The rate new Episodes are released will depend on how many large plots occur. I'd love to do them weekly, however not everyone has that kind of time on their hands and plots do not come out that fast. I will try to release two a month, three if there is a lot to catch up on, one if there is not much to go off of. However, if you guys really do like this RP spoof, then I will try to find ways to make it 3-4 times a month.
This means that Episodes will last a week at least, up to about two weeks at the very most.
Can I only RP in Episodes and just stalk rps?
No. Absolutely not. You have to participate in slough's cannon role plays first. If you have not participated in any of the role plays within the past week, you will be reminded to. I do not want this side RP to distract you from slough's main purpose, its cannon RPs.
You cannot react to something you were not even a part of. There will be no tolerance to this rule.
Can I request an Episode topic?
Yes! You can PM me a special request, however not every request will be accepted.
Topics must have something that anyone can respond to. Such as if 302 ever got a mate. Everyone has been in this Casanovas grasp, there are many females who will envy his mate, and many males who envy him or hate him. If there is a death of a very much loved officially ranked wolf, then there can be a mourning Episode.
However, if there is something offered to me such as some wolf is about to give birth to pups, then I wont. Like congrats they are about to have pups, but that's not too out of the ordinary enough.
If your topic is accepted, it will be added to the next React poll, therefore there is no real guarantee that your topic will get in. It doesn't just have to go by me, but other people will have to want to talk about it too.
If I deny a topic and you are convinced that it can make the React poll, then you can make a petition poll for your topic, I cannot vote, you cannot vote. People will have to decide if they think the topic is too dull or uninteresting or if its something they do want to discuss. This is the only way to petition against my ruling, a form of overriding my decision. If there is a vote where there are more yes that people want to discuss the topic, then i will add it to the React poll. However, I warn you not to be shocked if it does not make the next Episode if the votes were close. When I deny a React poll topic, then I will make sure to PM you the terms of creating this petition poll in case you have any interests in doing so.
If you make a petition poll before talking to me, then I will delete your petition poll and pm you. If you become bitter or throw any rude behavior my way for me denying you, you will be warned and any posts over it will be deleted. If you vote to throw off the votes in the petition poll in any way then you will be disqualified, and it will not count, the whole thing will be dropped and it will not make the React poll topic. If the votes come out neutral for the petition poll, then the petition will not be added to the React poll. The petition poll must have the standard no close until you choose to and one vote per person. You may not close this petition poll at any time, this rule will be enforced to ensure that fair voting is enforced and everyone gets a chance to voice their opinion on the petition poll. Again, if you do not do this, you will be disqualified.
If the React poll reaches a tie, then I will choose which one. The remaining React poll options will go back up unless their time is up. I will never vote on this so that way my vote as tiebreaker.

A topic can stay in the React poll for 4 Episodes. If the topic is in the poll for 4 episodes, its dismissed and dropped. This gives it two months at most for a chance to reach the Episodes. If nobody has interest in it then there is no reason to keep it in the React poll. This counts for any poll topic, petition or React. Furthermore, after roughly two months at most pass, there will be new topics that fill them in the React poll. There's no reason to discuss an uninteresting old topic when there could be something more new and interesting.
Exceptions made if Slough has become extremely inactive, but I hope this will never be the case.
To keep track of which topics have been in the React poll, there will be a number in "( )" to show its count. Its not a count down, but a count up (1... 2... 3... 4... *Out & Replaced*)

I will start out by titling it, Reacts the name, so it will be listed first.
Beneath the title, will be a full label of Episode and Season with the year mentioned preceding the Season information.
Afterwards I will put any Special Note I have to say to you guys. Here I will list any important information such as So-and-so got their request accepted for the poll; Be sure to vote what you want to discuss on the next Episode; New rules are added; FAQ has been updated etc.
After will be the Introduction tab. I will have a link to the topic the Episode is based off of and following it will be a (hopefully short) introduction about what occurred in the topic to catch up anyone who missed it.
Finally, will be my character's React(tion) to the whole situation, as well as myself. My personal name for the purposes of this RP will be made obvious upon the first time I show myself, I would like to ask that you do not steal this name for your character not just because its personal but to keep out confusion if you ever react with that character.
What if my character was killed after this RP?
You can use them because these discussions are basically a review that you could say take place right after that topic actually ends. However, if its a topic after they died or about their death, then I would like you not to use them because they are dead.. Nobody comes back from the grave thank you... Unless your swift, but otherwise, nobody comes back from the dead XD
What if my character is not present in their pack? (Such as in hostage situations or left to other packs)
You can still talk as them. All three packs are welcome in the RPs, so you can still use them! If a character is lost however, similarly to the previous question, they can be there so long as the Episode is not specifically about them being lost, but is instead about a topic prior to them being lost.
