Kane looked at the surrounding wolves "go!" he yelled, and bolted out of the cover he was in, ramming into the elk and bitting down into its lower neck.

Hediki wrinkled his nose, watching as Shade and Kane lunged for the elk, he quickly followed, paws pounded across the dry, frosted over grasses. Instead of biting at the creatures neck, he went for the legs, to weaken it and make it unable to run away while Kane and Shade delivered its death.

The elk cried in pain as it was slowly ripped apart. It spotted an escape route but then realized a small russet wolf was blocking the way. Axolotl flew above the others with agility and swiftness and then landed on the elk's side grappling onto it's thick hide. He didn't bite into it, because it would cause too much blood and meat loss.
