 The full moon shines bright tonight, showing no signs of anything abnormal or harmful to the packs.
Only a few thin clouds drift by the moon.
((OOC~ This is another quick gathering, meant only for people that need to rank up. Nothing big will happen, and it should end soon.)) <<>> Avikii stood at the edge of the Canyon Pack den site, over looking the moonlit valley. It was a great view from here, he had to admit, but enough of that for now, they had a place to be. The alpha turned to face his pack, realizing a few wolves had gathered in the clearing behind him. "Alright, let's go." He barked over the quiet crowd, turning around to face the territory again. "It should be pretty simple tonight." He added, then without wasting another moment Avikii started down the slope that lead down to the flatter areas of their territory. The black and tan wolf lead his pack through the frosted fields of the elk hunting grounds, easily passing through and then finding himself at the edge of the western creek just a few paces later. He placed a paw in the water, then another, finding himself now wading through the slow moving water. Avikii got out on the other side and looked back at the group, he motioned with his head for the to keep moving. After a trek through the wide open fields of the neutral territory, the Old OxBow was only a few fox-lengths away. He picked up speed, walking alongside the crescent shaped body of water until he approached the sandbar part of it. Without further pause, he lead his pack into the clearing and took his spot atop the small rise in the center. Surprise, we're first again, he thought as he glanced around for Bison Pack. <<>> Hediki followed behind Avikii the whole route, usually staying only a few steps behind him. Once in the clearing of the OxBow, he broke away from the alpha, and went to take a seat in the open area. <<>> 302 decided to stay behind this trip, finding it unnecessary to go. |

Kane followed the group down to the old oxbow. The gatherings had been peaceful lately and for that he was very glad, the rogue incident made him worry sometimes. Kane went into the clearing, and took a seat, waiting in silence.
Koga walked beside her brother Kane, and when they arrived at the oxbow she stayed by his side and sat down next to him "do you think anything is going to happen?" she asked him.
Kane looked over at his younger sister "I dont think so, the moon looks bring and there is not a cloud to be seen, so far at least."
Koga just nodded, and faced forward again, and started to think about if it would be boring.

Leafa followed close behind Avikii as they entered the Oxbow. Her golden fur glinted in the bright moonlight. She was hesitant to get into the water, but she waded across to Avikii's side. Bison Pack wasn't here yet.

Khari huffed as she trailed behind the group. She looked at the water reluctantly but she slipped in and trudged through the sluggish water.

Swift followed her father down to the Oxbow, she wondered why they had to come down so late. Why couldn't it be during the day, when she didn't have to be awakened from her evening nap/ slumber.

Shade walked beside his alpha and Swift, she liked more to be with her best Friends Axolotl. Ice and Ash, they had been always like a family to her, but Axolotl…….some days ago, she had been feeling something towards him, she didn’t want to talk about it she didn’t want to ruin their friendship. She knew that Ice disliked him, but they where friends, Ice the most time of his childhood where grumpy, but with the time he where less grumpy.

Ice walked with Shade, he had been like a older brother to her, they where closest even with Ash, to he and Shade he where like an little sibling, He then he saw a golden-reddish fur, he knew that the wolf was Axolotl, he didn’t like him…..he didn’t like anyone apart of his pack and his Friends, but he only disliked, Axolotl for Ice, he where a arrogant wolf, just because he got his Official Rank before them, it seemed that Shade like him….or love him…..but Ice wasn’t sure if Axolotl could be a great mate to Shade.

Ash walked with his friends, he where so active, he really liked the Gatherings, but he knew that they where still enemies, he then looked at Ice, he’s eyes where shwing hate to someone, he know who, Axolotl. Ash then thinked ''If he thinks that Axolotl couldn’t be a great mate, he is wrong, they are a great couple!'' he kept walking without saying something.

Axolotl was oblivious to Ice and Ash's suspicions. He liked Shade as a great friend but he still felt like if there was more to be there. The scout padded right behind the three subordinates, intently staring at Shade for no specific reason. She was beautiful in the moonlight it lit her up as if she was a Sky-Wolf, he admired her.

Shade saw that Axolotl where beside them, she saw that he where glancing at her for some reason, she then walked to Axolotl, she
then asked when she where next to him ''It's okay if i'am with you?''. her blue eyes glowing in the dark, and her dark fur
lit by the moonlight.

Ice saw that Axolotl where looking at Shade, he make a little grunt, he kept walking with Ash, moments later he saw that Shade
where walking to Axolotl, Ice turned to go with her, but Ash stopped him saying ''Be calm, Ice, she will be okay''.
he kept walking with Ash grumpy.

Ash, where looking at Shade she where thinking in something, then she walked toward Axolotl, Ice then he turned to go with her

Crescent stood at the edge of the pack's territory, turning to the wolves gathered behind her. The could waste no time getting to the gathering tonight. "Come on Bison, let's go," she barked, heading off towards the old oxbow.
After what felt like eternity trudging through the thick snow, the alpha and her pack finally reached their destination. Crescent jumped up to her place and nodded a greeting to the other alpha. "Hello, Avikii. Let's get started, and not waste any more precious time."

Avikii watched as Crescent lead Bison Pack into the clearing, only shortly after they had arrived. He nodded politely toward Crescent in greeting, then stepped forward to begin speaking.
"Nothing much has happened since the last full moon." Avikii began, "we have named some new officially ranked wolves, including my son and daughter." He paused, casting a cast down to the crowd. "Prey has been running fine, and we have successfully fought off sickness."
He stepped back, allowing the other alpha to speak.

Takoni followed in behind his alpha, staying quiet and sitting at the back of the gathered wolves.

Swift sat up proudly, beaming as she made it obvious of her being the newly ranked. Her tail waved back and forth with the pride beaming within her.
Arrow followed Crescent back down to the oxbow, she sat on the edge of the bison crowd, feeling odd to be back finally.

Crescent nodded as Avikii spoke. "Not much has happened in Bison, either. We have had a handful* pawful of new subordinates, scouts and hunters, however. We're also pleased to say that Arrow, formerly the pack omega, has proved herself trustworthy and has been ranked up. Prey has, of course, been harder to find, but we are managing fine and no wolves have fallen sick. " The alpha finished with another small nod, looking out to the gathering wolves.

Arrow shrunk back at the mention of her name, unlike the beaming Canyon Pack wolf, Swift, she had no intentions of being showed off. Not to Canyon at least. She still felt threatened by their presence, even if it was only for a few moments during the full moon truce.

Scarlet watched carefully as the packs talked about their prey. She didn't want to interfere, for she would probably get chased off anyway, considering she was a loner. But she did like it that way, she didn't have to worry about anyone but herself, although she had always wondered what pack life would be like. The dew slicked down her pelt as she lay down in the cover in some ferns to watch.

"Sure!" Axolotl chirped to Shade as he sat down beside her. He listened to the alpha's reports and then waited for Avikii to announce they were going to leave.

Dawn padded in with Faolan because Kyro stayed behind. She sat down and lifted her head along side the newly appointed subordinate with pride and waited for Cresent.

Faolan was so excited for his first Gathering! He noticed that he was announced and licked his chest in pride.

Shade felt cold then she said ''This night is cold'' she then get close to Axolotl, with their fur brushing. Shade felt good when she got
close to Axolotl, she then looked to the forest trying to hide her face, that was blushing.

sounded with hate and jealous.

Comet sat down near the front of the crowd, looking up to his mate with pride in his eyes. Cresent made a wonderful alpha and although he missed Storm, the she-wolf was doing a wonderful job with her new duties.

Avikii gave a respectful nod toward Crescent, "alright Canyon Pack, let's go." He barked, and made his way off the side of the hill, leading his pack out of the OxBow and pack toward their own territory.

Axolotl stood up and beckoned Shade to come along too. As they padded out he nuzzled her affectionately before going to curl up at the side of the den site. There had been enough adventure for today.

Crescent returned Avikii's nod with a steely one, before turning back to her pack. "Come on Bison, let's get a move on," she barked gruffly, jumping down from the rock and beginning to lead the pack back to their territory.
