302 cocked a brow, his amber gaze emotionless. He just sort of eyed Hoja for a moment, I guess you could say examining her, checking her out even.

"What are you doing out here?" He finally asked, now allowing his eyes to travel upward toward her own pale yellow one. He waited for an answer, still wondering why she was out here. It almost seemed that she had been following him, but for how long? The entire time he was out in the territory?

302 stayed quiet for a second, a small grin forming at the edges of his muzzle. "Just wanted to see the territory?" He restated her words, not exactly believing them.

It was obvious she had followed him, he had yet to find out why though. "Tell me the truth." He pressed, his dark tail waving soothingly and rather hypnotically behind him. The Casanova had a guess as to why she was out here, but he wanted to hear her say it.

302 cocked his head. Well, he was tempting. Being the cocky male he was, he lent over, muzzle to muzzle with the younger, smaller she-wolf. "Does your father know you're out?" He questioned, making sure Soba hadn't followed after her for some reason. He pulled away, letting his gaze settle on the sloping landscape behind her. The Casanova checked for himself.

302 slowly nodded, a smirk growing upon his muzzle. "Alright that's fine, if Soba asks where you were tell him you were with me." He turned around preparing to start walking again. He remembered when he had trained Soba to become a warrior, that seemed like it had happened only in the days past, now look, he had pups already! A mate, at once, but pups still. The Casanova shook his thoughts, they were simply random memories.

"Let's go, you can walk with me." He spoke up again, glancing back at Hoja.

302 didn't say anything at first, just turned to move forward, to his original destination, the creek. The Casanova had originally come out for a drink, but got sidetracked at the sight of a hare, then Hoja, he really hadn't been out for as long as he thought he had been.

Now though, he headed for the creek, there part of it where it was more south, and where the hills leveled out to flat plains and open grassland. Soon enough they were there, I mean, they had only just exited Canyon Cliffs. 302 paused at the edge of the slow flowing water, leaning over to lap at its cool surface.

302 lifted his head, pulling away from the surface as small water droplets fell from his muzzle. The shadowy male glanced back, quickly noticing that Hoja was staring. He grinned, cocking a brow as he licked the clinging water from his mouth. "See something you like?" He asked in a smooth low tone, his ears shoved forward in anticipation to her answer.

302 merely chuckled, "I just caught you staring at me, you expect me to believe what you say?" His tone was low, yet somehow so smooth. The Casanova took a step forward, then another, he was standing in front of Hoja now. "Tell me, why did you follow me out here?" He questioned, interested now. She was hiding something, he knew that, but what it was is the question.

302 simply nodded, the tone of her voice stopping him from questioning her further. Why she as acting like this, he still could guess, but decided to keep quiet about her. "Alright, makes sense I guess." He replied. The Casanova brushed by her, his jet black pelt meeting her pale sand-colored one as he padded past her.

302 continued his trek toward a little pond he knew of withing the flatter areas of their territory. Itw as his original plan to go there, so he figured there was no reason to not being Hoja along.

Soon enough they were there. The pond was slightly frozen over, but with the light weight of a paw it would crack in a heartbeat.
