The end of Ice

Well, I know this says you want to kill Ash, but tbh, I think you should kill Ice. You don't use Ice as much and don't seem to have a connection with him, so it's more reasonable. I heard that Ice is a sad jealous bab, so maybe he can die like a swan, how when swans lose a mate or lover, they die from depression. It'd be super majestic and sad, yet glorious all the same.

MMMM I agree with Stormy (Ice), the way she described it sounds beautiful and reasonable, and makes sense too, if I were you I would definitely think about it~ 

That sounds like a good idea, however the threat of a mother and her cubs on Canyon would mean more casualties. Not only that, but winter is ending and while most grizzly bears do not have their cubs until mid to late summer and by around the winter seasons some are actually off on their own by then, the few that do stay around their mother through winter do get attacked by surrounding males due to their madness from famine. With that under consideration, if there were three hungry practically full grown bears on canyon, there wont be just one death.
I think it should be reduced to one, perhaps a male which could be just as equally a danger to a patrol passing by.

Now for note of the patrol, if there are only 1-3 wolves in the patrol. They would all either die or escape with what life they have. A grown and hungry bear is unpredictable and would do whatever for a meal not to mention protect its life. A patrol of 5-6 would be more likely to scaring it off, but that would mean the 3 wolf standard patrol would call for 2-3 more reinforcements. However if 7-9 total wolves end up on the patrol (including your own wolves shade), then that would mean either a large backup is called or the bear had been scented at an earlier time. I suggest you set up this ladder requirement or decide the plot more firmly, if the patrol knows of the bear or not.

If there is a large patrol of 7-9 there will be less injuries, and its more likely that the bear can be killed, but the more likely option is to scare it off.

This is just what needs to be taken into consideration for the moment...

We are still deciding, it most likely will be accepted with minor changes since it isn't exactly bear season haha

So Shade if you plan another fight type thing, like actually, we have cougars here, they can show up in the winter, along with bobcats but those guy are smaller and would be really easy to chase off...
