Dawn sat in the (nursery?) silently sleeping until a sudden pain woke her up, she jolted up-right before calling, "Kyro! The pups are coming!" Hopefully the Novice Healer would hear her as a ripple of pain passed she grabbed a nearby stick and chewed on it. She could die from giving birth.

Kyro heard Dawn's calls, he dropped what he was doing and sprinted to the nursery, where she had been for quiet some time. He entered the den, seeing she already had a stick to chew on. He rushed to the side and gathered up some pain killing herbs, approaching Dawn and setting them by her muzzle, he used his own muzzle to nudge the herbs forward. "try to eat these." he insisted.

The female soon-to-be mother dropped the stick and lapped up the herbs. They tasted bitter but she forced herself to swallow them. Dawn yowled as a ripple of pain passed and a light grey she-pup came. (Nova). Then another she-pup slid out this one a brown and pale grey one (Sol) and the last one was a russet/creamy and white (Aspen.) She panted very exhausted from giving birth.

Kyro watched in awe as his mate's pups were born, he wasted no time to lean over and help her lick the small bodies, warming the up and calming them.

The smaller gray wolf squirmed trying to find the warm fur of her mother. As she found it, she let out a squeak as it tickled her nose. The little wolf, soon to be known as Nova, started to settle by her mother.

Kyro smile, nudging the two pups forward toward their mother to help them reach their destination. "They're beautiful." He said with a shaky smile, glancing up at him mate, more than proud of her.

Dawn panted and smiled at her mate as the pups found their way over to her belly. "The first one should be called Sol." she murmured the little pup reminded her of the sun and of her long lost mother, Sunlight. "The next one should be called Nova she was born under the stars. And the creamy one reminds of those aspen saplings, Her name will be Aspen." she finished.
