From official rank or upper official rank to elder:
After you have completed the following, message your pack alpha and they will create a ceremony

From official rank or upper official rank to elder:
- Have had your official rank or upper official rank for at least four months
- Have been to at least two more full moon gatherings
- Have gone on at least six patrols or hunts with your pack
- Have trained at least one subordinate
After you have completed the following, message your pack alpha and they will create a ceremony
