Taking a small step back from her, Storm's tail wagged slowly back and forth. He still couldn't believe that he'd ever hurt her, but even so, he couldn't have been more glad that everything was working out, to some extent. When she said something about not wanting to forget him, Storm couldn't have agreed more. He never wanted to forget her either, and no matter what happened to him while living with the tribe, nothing would make him forget the wolf whom he loved.
Perking his ears, Storm wondered if he'd heard her right. "Pups..." the male echoed softly. In all of the years that he'd been alive in the Slough valley, Storm couldn't recall having any pups, well, at least not with someone like Arrow, and the thought of doing so made his fur itch with excitement. "I want pups too," he added with a firm nod of his head. "Even if I live apart from them, they can be a way for me to be with you," Storm spoke softly. Besides, if they had a litter together, then that was a good way to make sure she wouldn't forget him, even though he honestly doubted that his image would ever leave her mind.
"I love you Arrow," the taller male said, his tail still wagging and leaned forward to give her a gentle lick under the chin. "No matter what direction life takes me, I will never forget you," he finished with a smile as he met her gaze, hoping to reassure the female.
