Avikii sat at the edge of the alpha's den, breathing in the fresh, warm summer air that loitered in the Slough Creek valley. The pack was quiet, still, most of the wolves were still a bit shaken from the rogue attack last gathering, no wolf had really been to the Old Oxbow since then, other than he and Ryka of course. The pack had two new pups, both adopted into the pack, there were hardly any nursing she-wolves this summer and Avikii worried for the power of his pack. So, the old alpha remained by his den, not planning to speak unless spoken to, for he had nothing to say.

Hediki on the other head sat peacefully beside 302, the pair were sharing the leg of an elk that was left over from last night's hunt, it was smart to eat it now before the summer heat rotted it. He glanced up to eyeball Avikii, who looked unusually content despite the recent events...

Kaihy, sat down straight on the entrance of the den, her tiny tail flicking with emotion, she was proud that the gang wouldn't hurt her, not again, when they Pack found her, she met a black she-wolf, whom treated her as her daughter, Kaihy, then met Shade's real son, Napu, who it seemed to be a Subordinate already.
With a swift glance she saw Shade, the little one, apptoaced to her and smiled "Hiya Shade!"

Napu peered around the corner of one of the dens, noticing the new pup. He had so far only seen her once before. Since he was a subordinate he was pretty busy training and was out for most of the day either hunting or participating in practice battles. He thought it best to take the chance and say hello to the new comer, who he had seen hovering around him mother, Shade.

((Not going to lie, but it has been so long since I would have needed to be on and I kinda forgot who I had... Oops... Lets get Slough going again.))
Swift watched as one pup in particular stumbled out from the safe barriers of the nursery. It was nice to see the Canyon Pack still growing. Part of her began to worry for their food source. She wondered if they kept growing if the pack would ever make a move to expand the land they dominated. Her mind continued to wander, when her eyes rested upon a wolf she had come to admire. An idea sparking, what if the Pack instead broke into two. What if she could run off and start her own pack not far from here? She simply shook her head, knowing that none of it was even relatively possible. It was still nice to think about it though...
Lightning grunted as he stood up and made way for the clearing. With each passing day, his body ached and throbbed all the more. He had taken quite the beating when he was in his younger years, but now his years of an elder were creeping closer. Part of him did not want them to become any closer, yet another part of him ached for the peace that it would finally bring him. Things were just much too chaotic being a beta in a time such as this.

Avikii shifted his head just enough to eye Swift from out of the corner of this eye, but his let his gaze drift away. He knew she still didn't like him, especially with the event at the creek... In the time it took him to look away, he noticed Lightning appear as well. Perhaps he would come over and chat, who knew though. The two of them were both pretty old now, even with Avikii being a few years older.

Shade smiled at the little puppy "Hello Kaihy, what brings you here?" Shade licked tje pup's head roughly, making Kaihy's fur look more cleaned. The black she, gave a nod to her older son, Napu, that was busy training to be a full ranked wolf.

Ash yawned, his orbs where narrowed and the sunlight lit all the camp, he sat beside her friend, Shade, whom was chatting with the newly introduced puppy, Kaihy.
