Judas
"Jude" Male - 2 years old Scout Boulder Creek Homosexual |
Charismatic | Childish | Charming | Immature |
Appearance
Judas has an athletic and lithe body type designed for speed, agility, and stamina; he's muscular, not bulky. His tall, slender legs are able to carry him at startling speeds and his lungs seem to never falter. His coat, a mix of mostly reds/muted oranges, creams, dark browns, and blacks, is fairly thick but short. In the winter, it may grow longer, but when summer rolls around it molts back into its silky smooth well-kept length. His features are slim and ruggedly attractive; the scars he wears are testaments to his few feats and he wears them with pride. Overall, he's not a warrior, but instead, a sly opponent that could run circles around you for days. His eyes are a warm hazel that always has a mischevious glint.
Personality
Judas is a growing wolf and it's definitely apparent in his disposition; you may call him childish or immature at times. He has simply retained his pup-like attitude consisting of him being cheeky, gullible, pesky, mischevious, and just a bit of a menace in general. He doesn't tend to take things seriously and has a bad case of not being able to keep his mouth shut. He spews whatever comes to mind, whether it be good, bad, or neutral-- it always somehow ends up with him getting put in his place. While he may not be everyone's cup of tea, he has his good times. He is charismatic, alluring, affable, playful, and at times tries his best at flirting, though he always just ends up flustered and scampers away. One thing he's missing is a fiery attitude; in any hostile situation, he always turns to flight. He's relatively small and weak for a male and doesn't want to risk his hide, so instead of fighting, he'd rather hide behind a packmate. Now, when it's with a group of others, he will engage in combat, but nothing one on one. You can easily put this male into submission.
Of course, he does have all bark and no bite down pat. When he's teasing someone about fighting, he's always light-hearted and never actually means to invoke a full-on squirmish. He'll act big and tough until it goes too far, and which then he'll be quick to submit, back off, or just run for the hills.
You think such a childish wolf wouldn't be able to get anything done, right? For Jude, his job works out well. He's high-energy, so being able to run around scouting the land is perfect, especially if you're tired of hearing him talk your ears off. He loves exploring and just bolting around, and is always up for a walk with a packmate, or heading off by himself to familiar land. He'd much prefer company, though, as he's a social butterfly. He loves being around others, despite their views on him and is just happy having a pack to come home to every night. He truly does have his good intentions and if you get past all of his puppy-like flaws, he's truly a giant sweetheart who has the potential to be a loyal partner and a stellar friend.

History
Jude had a bit of an unorthodox upbringing. His parents were the breeding pair of their own small pack. They were being tracked and kept tabs on for research purposes; the pups the female would bear would be sent across the nation in attempts to reintroduce wolves back into Yellowstone. So, when his mother gave birth to her second litter of three (Jude being the runt), his fate was already partially laid out for him. He spent almost his first year with his family, living happily and being able to act childish till his heart was content until one-day things changed. While he and his family were out for a hunt a helicopter swooped in. The wolves, panicked and frantic, scattered, but they left the young male behind. He was targeted and tranquilized before being brought aboard the helicopter. When he awoke, he was in a completely different part of the world; everything was new and intimidating. He cried for days on end for his family, howling into the night until his voice went hoarse. He spent the first couple of days confined to a small piece of land, hunting small animals that were barely enough to keep him alive. He was scared, alone, and helpless... he didn't know how to survive on his own.
After sulking to himself for a few days he finally braved up and ventured out further into Yellowstone. He had one mission; find a pack. He couldn't survive on his own for much longer and knew what he had to do. While the pain of being separated from his family was still sitting inside him, he had to push his separation anxiety aside and do what he needed to survive. It took weeks on end searching about this new land until he finally came upon a scent of wolves-- a pack. This is where is story currently stands still. He has a choice to make; integrate with these stranger wolves or live the rest of his days a lone wolf.
