Name: Tera
Gender: Female
Appearance: Tera's undercoat is beige with multiple overlaps of tan that warms and darkens to various rusty browns that are embellished with tawny and russet patches dotted indiscriminately all around her dorsal and sides. Her fur is soft and short and incredibly feathery which gives it a ruffled look. Tera's physique is lithe and moderately insubstantial, dainty to an extent. Her aerodynamic frame enables her to reach impressive speeds within a matter of seconds and remains at said speed for extended periods of time. She has a slim face framed with short tufts of cheek fur, a short narrow snout, big ears, large expressive eyes along with a long body with short legs, a small chest, and rounded shoulders and haunches. She hosts three healed claw marks across her right flank she acquired from a dispute with a coyote. Tera is very nimble and lightweight, able to make smooth yet abrupt turns at high rates. Despite her superficially weak brawn, she certainly packs a punch. When she fastens her jaws around her target, she doesn't intend to let go until she knows the damage has been done. Her posture is casual and full of repose, adapting to each situation that happens to cross her. The aura she radiates is generally easygoing and cordial, and she is always wearing an inviting expression. Tera's gait is made of quick and light ebullient steps, and she straightens her neck and shoulders when she is in motion to convey the illusion of being taller.
Personality: Communication is Tera'sn salvation. She has little to no problem with verbalizing her thoughts and emotions, and she will merrily do so without defining the consequences. She's incredibly upfront about what's on her mind and will not beat around and shoot straight to the point, even push others to do the same if she catches them temporizing. Honest and direct in speech, she doesn't sugarcoat either and doesn't expect it from others. Tera is highly vigilant of those around her, often paying more attention to others' doings rather than her own surroundings. While she is typically clumsy by nature, she deliberately acts clumsier to receive a laugh—or some form of reaction—from her peers. All she yearns for is to fit in as the small, but significant piece of the puzzle and be accepted, and will do so, even if it meant hurting someone else in the process. Tera is very nonchalant, almost to a fault. She doesn't view tasks as a requirement unless they are to genuinely intrigue her. Otherwise, it's just something that gets in the way and hinders her from having her way, that way being nothing short of fun—or what she deems fun. The only "job" Tera strives to achieve is making her others laugh. If she can make at least someone smile just once, she's fulfilled her purpose and considers her day complete. Tera is rash and reckless, doing before thinking and dealing with the consequences that follow through afterward. That is what often leads her to come off as brusque and insensitive and a majority of the time, she doesn't mean half of the words that are inclined to escaping her mouth. Especially in the heat of the moment where her judgment is clouded by the yearning to prove herself more and better than she thinks she is or get back at someone for something they've said. It's often why she may come off as puerile. Tera relies heavily on others to get through each day just as she relies on communication to keep her sanity at bay. That is why she tends to be clingy (and maybe a little obsessive) over those she's fond of and why she will almost always look to them for answers whenever a taxing decision or situation confronts her. That is the sole reason why she often has difficulties thinking and deciding for herself. She's aware of this, and there isn't much she can do to remedy it. She's insecure about it; beginning to believe that she is nothing more than a nuisance, conveying annoyance to anyone who she leans on and why she's often so over the top about almost everything she does. Tera is exceedingly forgiving and extremely excusing in general, almost to a fault. She will always give a second chance and sometimes more than merely two. She can give too much reverence to those who are not worthy of it and can be too open and forgive others out of sheer pity. Tera is culpable of hopping from one subject to another without giving those who she is conversing with enough time to intervene with their own thoughts. This is a habit of her's that she acquired over time due to her intense need of wanting to get her own opinions acknowledged with the feeling that there is never enough time to do so in one sitting. That is why she may not always be the easiest to have a level conversation with at first. During a time of silence where she is unable to seek a discussion through a fellow wolf, Tera will often speak quietly to herself about anything that reaches her mind until she can make conversation with someone else. Silence is one of her biggest fears; she believes that silence in the response indicates that she has done something wrong or has managed displease someone, or she isn't wanted anymore. So, she would much rather listen to herself talk her own ears off than the deafening silence that she's had to deal with for the most of her life.
Pack: Loner [to be Timber Creek; will aspire to be a Hunter]
Origins: Tera was the youngest out of a litter of four: two older brothers and one older sister. Her family wasn't as close-knit as she had always wished but she had to make due with what they had. Her family was always on the move; never stayed in one location for more than two months. Other than the occasional interpersonal disputes between her family, nothing quite that exciting occurred for the first year of her life. That was until one of her older brothers had grown violently ill and was forced out of the family circle for fear he would infect everyone else, and was left to fend for himself. After that, Tera's relationship and general view towards her parents changed, and she grew a sort of silent odium for the two for doing what they did to her brother. One of their own children. She left a few months later, unable to feel like she genuinely belonged; she felt like there was nothing left for her anymore. She's been on the move ever since.
